LUMEX SOLAR STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM

PRODUCT PROFILE: We are manufactures stand alone solar street lighting systems, meant for outdoor lighting applications. The system consist of a solar photovoltaic module, which absorbs sunrays and converts them into electricity, the electricity is then stored in battery. The control electronics which automates the functions of the system, acts as a photocell, turning the light on at dusk and off at dawn, regulates the battery preventing overcharging and protecting against deep discharging. The system has luminary fitted with energy efficient compact fluorescent lamp (CFL).
